Following the massive success of Tucano’s Churrascaria, Hokkaido Izakaya and Harum Manis, Prima Rasa Dining Group officially launched its newest restaurant named LIBERTÁ in the heart of SCBD. New York loft-inspired designs have made huge leaps in comfort and ambience in LIBERTÁ. The vibe will change into a more intimate setting in the evening as the brightness of the lights are lowered while the brick walls bore a hint of rust-orange hue. Which is to say, guests can still enjoy the meal with ample brightness from lamps placed directly above their dining table.

LIBERTÁ serves unique dishes that are not commonly served at other Italian restaurants in the market today. Each dish is carefully handcrafted to give off that homey and warm sensation, giving it an ultimate satisfaction of having a plate of your Italian comfort food with a twist. One cannot simply miss LIBERTÁ signature dishes Bone Marrow Spinach Spaetzle. Specially crafted by Chef Wahyudi Kisworo, this signature dish serves a unique pasta dish made of roasted bone marrow on a bed of homemade spinach spaetzle.

Moving on to signature desserts, go for the hybrid tiramisu and dome shaped chocolate molten cake in a shape of a dome. Let this LIBERTÁ Tiramisu cool for one minute and gently run a knife till the chocolate lava melts and flows when eaten! In a typical LIBERTÁ manner, a crunchy hazelnut feuilletine base complementing the creamy and decadent dessert with a nice crunchy texture is a must to finish the cake up.
