Sea Grain Restaurant & Bar Introduces a Delicious and Sustainable Culinary Concept
Sea Grain Restaurant & Bar at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta - Diponegoro presents a new high-quality local culinary & mindful dining concept.

Sea Grain Restaurant & Bar at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta - Diponegoro presents a new culinary concept that combines the delicacy of high-quality local ingredients with a mindful dining experience. The new concept, which debuts in September and highlights seafood and premium grains, is a commitment to support Hilton's sustainability program, as well as meet the demands of mindful culinary enthusiasts in Jakarta.
By prioritizing Indonesia's diverse natural resources - from responsibly caught seafood to organic vegetables from local farmers - each dish not only delights the palate, but also supports a sustainable economy and preserves the environment. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of mouth-watering menus: ranging from appetizers, main courses, to flavorful desserts.
“Starting this September, Sea Grain Restaurant & Bar's new culinary concept promotes sustainable culinary innovation that emphasizes quality of taste. By collaborating with local partners from various regions in Indonesia, we use the best local ingredients processed with mindful cooking techniques,” said Sebastian Goldmann, Regional General Manager of Hilton Indonesia & Timor Leste.
“We believe that through this sustainable culinary concept, foodies don't have to worry about what they consume, and the culinary experience can be something that is not only good for the body but also meaningful for the environment,” he added.
One dish, Snapper Soubise, is recommended by Chef De Cuisine Rendy to be perfect with Pumpkin, Barley & Mushroom Risotto. It is a top choice for seafood lovers, as it highlights the fresh flavor of snapper sourced directly from Lombok fishermen, combined with Soubise sauce made from the finest spices in Indonesia. In addition, Sea Grain Restaurant & Bar offers a wide selection of specially crafted beverages, such as mocktails, cocktails and smoothies with names like Bali Breeze and Exotic Sunrise, inspired by the rich tropical fruits of the archipelago.

Located on the third floor, the cozy and elegant ambience, as well as the beautiful view of the capital city adds to the enjoyment of dining with family, business partners and loved ones. Guests can enjoy the indoor area with a cozy atmosphere, or relax in the outdoor area while enjoying the beauty of the surrounding nature.
In support of Hilton's sustainability program, Sea Grain Restaurant & Bar's new concept blends the rich natural resources of the archipelago with a 'mindful eating' experience. Every visit to Sea Grain Restaurant & Bar is an unforgettable culinary journey, where taste, sustainability and hospitality come together in perfect harmony.
