Authentic Oriental Dining Experience at Fiesta Restaurant Sari Pacific Jakarta

Indonesians must be familiar with Nasi Goreng or Fried Rice but Lotus Leaf Wrapped Rice or Hor Yip Fan will be a unique culinary experience for anyone who tried. Wrapped steamed lotus leaf, a rice dish with a mushroom and chicken on top is originated from Sichuan Southwest China, provides a fragrant aroma and features a light taste. 

Chicken Herbal Soup may be the choice for those looking for a tasty warm chicken broth and herbs during mild weather in the rainy season in Jakarta. At the helm of Chef Hidayat, Fiesta  Lunar New Year buffet experience also highlight other menus including Roasted Peking Duck, Wok Fried Prawn with Crispy Oatmeal and Butter, steamed grouper Hong Kong style, and Salted Egg Crab. 

Head to the dessert station to savour oriental sweet delicacies such as Peanut Puff, Egg Tart, Chinese Red Bean Paste Cake, and Bake Coconut Sticky Rice Cole. The hotel’s dessert department also offers the patrons Nian Gao, a Chinese New Year’s Cake which is available to order for a gift to friends and family. On 24 January, the guest who dine-in at Fiesta will be offered to pick up the Fortune Cookies, and if anyone lucky, there will be a mysterious Lunar New Year present from Sari Pacific.
