Nothing beats a mother's home-cooked meal, a cherished part of Ramadan and Idul Fitri as families gather for breaking fast and Lebaran celebrations. Inspired by these heartfelt meals, Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills brings classic Indonesian food to the table, ensuring that every dish channels those homemade flavours and sentiments.
Served at the hotel's Damar Restaurant, Pawon Ibu presents a delectable buffet spread of Indonesian delicacies, featuring classic and beloved recipes that evoke the warmth of a mother's cooking.
Guest can indulge in a must-try selection of Indonesia's favourites, such as Rawon (East Java’s beef soup), Soto Kudus (a type of chicken soup that’s popular in Kudus, Central Java), Baceman (various foodstuffs marinated with coconut water, palm sugar, and other seasonings), Sayur Lodeh (Javanese vegetable soup with coconut milk), Gudeg (unripe jackfruit stewed for several hours with palm sugar and coconut milk), Krecek (beef skin crackers cooked with special spices), and many more that carry the essence of traditional recipes passed down from mothers to the resort’s skilled chefs.
Guests can enjoy this Ramadan promotion from 15 to 31 March at 5:30 to 9:00 PM, priced at IDR 375,000 net per adult. children aged 6 to 11 can partake in this culinary journey for a special rate of IDR 187,500 net. Additionally, for the discerning guests who plan, a limited-time pre-paid voucher rate of IDR 310,000++ per person is available for reservations made before 3 March 2024.
