Four Tables for Every Craving at Tentrem Jakarta
Explore Tentrem Jakarta's four distinct dining venues, serving everything from burgers and Cantonese dishes to Indonesian and Italian eats.

There is a good reason to make a meal part of your visit to Tentrem Jakarta. The hotel is home to four restaurants, each with its own personality and menu. From a juicy burger downstairs to Cantonese favourites, Indonesian comfort food and pizza served high above the city, there is plenty to explore.
Executive Chef Ivan Leonard Mangundap oversees the culinary programme, working with a team of chefs who bring their own expertise to each restaurant. Four restaurants means four different reasons to sit down at Tentrem Jakarta. POPULICO is the casual stop, LIN 林 is for Cantonese, Kayu Manis highlights flavours from across Indonesia, and Canella is the place to go for Italian favourites.
POPULICO is where to head when a burger sounds like the right answer. The first-floor roadside bistro has a relaxed setting that suits a quick lunch, an afternoon bite or dinner with friends. The menu keeps the choices approachable, with comfort food at the heart of the selection. Chef de Cuisine Rully Mandala’s CrunCheese Burger is one of the signatures. A handcrafted beef patty comes with melted cheese and POPULICO’s signature sauce, followed by crispy tortilla chips for extra crunch. The combination of soft, savoury and crunchy textures makes the burger more interesting with every bite.
LIN 林 is dedicated to Cantonese cuisine, with Executive Chinese Chef Wong Chee Ken at the helm. His menu draws from traditional Cantonese flavours and techniques while keeping the dishes suited to the restaurant’s contemporary setting. The Chicken Macadamia combines tender chicken with lightly toasted macadamia. The nuts add a gentle sweetness and mild nuttiness to the savoury chicken. The combination is simple but gives the dish plenty of flavour.

For Indonesian food, Kayu Manis is the place to go. The menu looks across the archipelago for its inspiration, with familiar flavours presented in a more contemporary way. The Bebek Cibeber from Sous Chef Yanto Sofyan is worth a try. Smoked duck breast comes with creamy corn purée, mashed potatoes and Cibeber sauce. The smoky duck, creamy sides and chilli-led sauce make for a satisfying combination, especially if you like a little heat with your meal.
Up on the twentieth floor, Canella highlights well-loved Italian favourites such as pizza and pasta. It is a good option for a relaxed dinner or a meal with friends when you want something easy to share. The Mortadella Pistachio Pizza by Chef de Partie Calfien Febrytto is one to order for the table. The crisp base is topped with savoury mortadella and pistachio for a rich flavour with a hint of nuttiness.
So, where to start? That depends on what you are craving. Better yet, keep the list handy and work your way through all four.
