Bacha Coffee welcomes renewed beginnings with a celebration of senses and scents for Ramadan this year. The legendary Moroccan coffeehouse creates memories throughout the season with moments of coffee-led Iftar gatherings, through various tastes, aromas and experiences where flavour and ceremony intertwine.
Founded in Marrakech, Morocco in 1910 in the Dar el Bacha palace, the century's greatest cultural and political minds gathered over freshly brewed Arabica coffee. Today, the original Marrakech location is a destination that draws visitors from worldwide, while Bacha Coffee serves customers in over 60 countries.
From 7 March to 13 April 2025, savour the 100% Arabica and artisanal gourmet choices of Bacha's coffee room with four Ramadan menu exclusives.
Prepared for six hours, the Pan-Seared Marinated Chicken Supreme achieves unparalleled tenderness and comes with fragrant saffron basmati rice, a medley of roasted vegetables, onion & chana dal confit, and cashew nuts, all elevated by green chilli sauce. The Iftar Salad offers jewel-like pomegranate arils, golden raisins, walnuts, and paprika, topped with warm saffron, for a lighter entree.
Ending the meal is the limited-edition Lychee, Raspberry & Rose of Kelaa M’Gouna Croissant, or the tropical Pineapple Coconut Entremet. Paired with a pot of signature 100% Arabica coffee, the Ramadan Set Menu is available from IDR 418,000 per person.
