At the heart of the festivities is the traditional yee sang ceremony, a time-honored tradition symbolising luck, prosperity, and unity. Guided by Chef Lam—fondly known as Shi Fu A Hung—you’ll toss the colorful salad of raw fish, fresh vegetables, and special sauces high into the air, with each toss carrying your hopes and prayers for a prosperous year. 

The celebration continues as Chef Lam, a culinary maestro in Hong Kong cuisine, transforms you straight to the bustling streets of Kowloon with his signature dishes. Expect indulgent favorites like Peking duck, Teochew porridge, dim sum, and breaded fish with salted egg, each bite is guaranteed to honour the authentic recipes and culinary heritage.
