An Authentic Iftar Experience at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta

Highlighting its mood and ambience, DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta welcomes guests to enjoy Ramadan offers in two styles, Kampung Betawi at Open Restaurant and Middle Eastern Mist at Sea Grain Restaurant. Not only does the hotel serve a series of legitimate cuisines from both nations, but it also amuses one with a special performance of Sufi Dance at both eateries.

In the hands of Executive Chef Zulkarnain, the hotel’'s open air restaurant grants more than 400 domestic authentic dishes served in the form of night market and kampoeng-style. A high level of food and nutrition service is represented in the hawker stall food, such as Nasi Goreng Mawut, Satay Campur, Bakso Malang, Rujak Buah Sambal Kacang and delightful outdoor dessert treats including Turkish ice cream, Kopi Keliling, Es Campur, and The Tarik. As for the touch of Middle Eastern is dished up at Sea Grain Restaurant featuring world food recipes and special mouth-watering Levantine meals from the Lebanese and Indian corners.

Kampung Betawi is open between 15 May and 15 June, priced at IDR 458.000++ per person. Special deal for late Iftar session includes pay 1 for 2 at IDR 320.000++ per person, starting from 9 PM to 10.30 PM on the first week of Ramadan and on the weekends.

Moving on to Sea Grain Restaurant, guests can savour the taste of the variety of Middle Eastern cuisines under the hands of Chef Zouhair Abbad, who hails from the Kingdom of Morocco. Here,  he will create dishes using the various authentic spices of the Middle East, such as Shish Taouk (a traditional marinated chicken shish kebab of Middle Eastern cuisine), Lamb Kofta, Samak Harra (spicy fish), Batata harra (a Lebanese vegetable dish). Dine in and avail the "pay 1 for 2" offer  from 9 PM to 10.30 PM at IDR 288.000++ per person during the first week of Ramadan and on the weekends.
