Old Favourites Make A Comeback at Kiyadon

The restaurant, which boasts a friendly and bright interior design, has reintroduced a couple of items on its menu, much to the delight of its loyal customers.
One of the most popular picks among diners is the Sushi Boat, a beautifully presented assortment of nigiri sushi – 28 pieces carefully placed in a wooden platter shaped as a boat. The distinctive taste of raw (as well as cooked) fish, like salmon, tuna, squid and eel perfectly complements the traditional sushi rice, which faintly tastes of vinegar. A hint of wasabi and a dip in soy sauce complete the Japanese dining experience.
Another dish not to be missed is the Flounder Salad, again presented in a marvelous way – the crispy fried chunks of flounder mixed with lettuce and vegetables make for a refreshing appetizer, although the portion is big enough to share.
The true winner of the evening, however, turned out to be the Wonton Ramen – fried dumplings, wheat noodles and vegetables sitting in a rich and steaming broth that was so delicious it could be a dish of its own.
Whether one already has fallen in love with Japanese cuisine or is planning to give it a try, Kiyadon, with a great value for money, is certainly the place to go to.
