At the heart of the experience is Chef Putu Armen’s menu, which celebrates premium ingredients and a selection of wagyu cuts, allowing diners to appreciate the distinct texture and richness of each. The steak course is accompanied by two signature rituals: Seven Knives, inspired by Bali’s pande tradition of master metal artisans, and Seven Salts, featuring artisanal salts from Bali and around the world, including Tejakula salt from North Bali.
The wine programme, curated by Bali Best Sommelier 2025, I Putu Erawan Ari Widhiantika, spans renowned regions across Europe, the Americas, Oceania and South Africa. A Coravin programme also offers a wider selection by the glass. The evening continues at Aura Lounge, where petit desserts and crafted cocktails invite guests to linger over the valley views.
RISERVA welcomes both resort guests and visitors. With one seating each night, reservations are essential.
Petitenget’s dining scene welcomes a new address for classic American steakhouse fare with the arrival of Wolfgang’s Steakhouse, the Manhattan-born restaurant celebrated for dry-aged USDA Prime beef, polished service and old-school New York hospitality.
Officially opened on 21 August 2026 at Parc Valle Petitenget, the Bali outpost marks another chapter in the brand’s Indonesian expansion, following its first Jakarta restaurant in 2020. Its arrival brings a distinctly Manhattan character to one of Bali’s busiest dining neighbourhoods, with warm mahogany panelling, patterned tiles and soft ambient lighting creating a timeless setting.
At the heart of the experience is USDA Prime beef, dry-aged for 28 days under carefully monitored temperature and humidity. Among the signatures is the Porterhouse, combining tender Filet Mignon and rich New York Strip in one substantial cut. Chef Amiro Cruz explains that the steak is broiled at an intense temperature to create a deeply caramelised crust while preserving its natural juices and tenderness.
Presented sliced on a sizzling platter with bone intact, the Porterhouse captures the restaurant’s approach to dining: premium ingredients, precise technique and a sense of occasion. A dedicated cocktail programme complements the menu, alongside attentive service synonymous with the brand.
With locations across the US and Asia, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse has established a global following while maintaining its Manhattan roots. In Bali, it offers a refined setting for a classic steak dinner, cocktails and celebrations, bringing a taste of old-school New York to Petitenget.
