JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya Unveils Enchanting Candy Wonderland for the Festive Season

On 30 November 2023, JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya lit up the start of the holiday season with a Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration, during which the hotel unveiled its eye-catching magical Candy Wonderland-themed Christmas set up. 

The grand event left guests in awe, with its captivating decorations, including mesmerising ferris wheels enhanced with cutting-edge LED technology, creating an unforgettable visual experience. This has set the stage for how JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya plans to celebrate this year’s holiday month: filled with vibrance and extravagance!

A Multifaceted Celebration

This five-star luxury hotel, located in the heart of Surabaya City, hosted an array of distinguished guests, including media partners, business associates, and influencers. The celebration began with the 2nd birthday festivities of the Surabaya Baking Company (SBCo), treating guests to canapés, mini hampers, guitar acoustic entertainment, and exciting door prizes.

The occasion also marked the launch of the charitable campaign 'Lollipop for Hope.' Guests purchasing SBCo products totalling IDR 250,000 received a lollipop token valued at IDR 15,000. The funds collected throughout December will be dedicated to Sungai Watch, a movement committed to preserving and cleaning Bali's rivers, contributing to the well-being of natural and marine ecosystems.

Attendees were treated to lively performances by choirs and bands, setting the stage for a delightful International All You Can Eat Christmas Dinner Buffet at the Pavilion Restaurant.

In addition to the festivities, all hotel guests were encouraged to participate in a photo competition by sharing photos with interactive digital visuals of the Candy Wonderland-themed background decorations.
