Gift, Hampers and a Taste of Swiss Diversity

We at NOW! Jakarta have been the very lucky recipient of a lot of gifts and hampers from our partner hotels and restaurants over the last few weeks, for which we are very grateful. And we have to say the standard of preparation and presentation seems to be higher than ever before. Notable for their packaging were Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta, Grand Hyatt Jakarta, Gran Meliá Jakarta and InterContinental Jakarta Pondok Indah and for their environmental friendliness the one from Novotel Jakarta Mangga Dua Square. Well done and thanks to all.

But we got one small, compact gift which we wanted to share with you, from the Swiss Embassy. Here is their message:

"Diversity is a key driver for Switzerland. It defines us on both the cultural and the political levels. It comes with its challenges, of course, but these are often the very source of our innovation. This year, we are once again delighted to offset our friends a taste of Swiss diversity. This gift is a product of our land. It speaks four Swiss languages and is produced in the north, south, east and west of the country. It is an invitation to reflect on and visit Switzerland. This year. Swiss tea will be our instrument of soft power. Enjoy!"

The gift? Four boxes of tea, beautifully presented. See the pictures. Cute, clever and always welcome. Well done again.

Merry Christmas to you all!
