Fairview Hotel by ARTOTEL Officially Opens in South Jakarta

Artotel Group officially opened Fairview Hotel by ARTOTEL on Saturday, 15 November 2025, the result of a collaboration between Artotel Group and PT Bellevue Radio Dalam.

Fairview Hotel by ARTOTEL carries a modern concept that prioritises comfort and accessibility due to its location close by various popular business and leisure destinations in South Jakarta. These include shopping centres and golf courses in the Pondok Indah area, the Fatmawati, TB Simatupang, and Gandaria business districts, plus easy toll road access. The hotel has 102 Deluxe Rooms and Suite Rooms, as well as a semi-outdoor swimming pool with city views.

The opening was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony conducted by Eduard Rudolf Pangkerego, Chief Operating Officer of Artotel Group, and Firman Soebagyo, President Director of PT Bellevue Radio Dalam and Chairman of P3SRS (Association of Condotel Owners), and witnessed by the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Pramono Anung.

Eduard Rudolf Pangkerego said, "The presence of Fairview Hotel by ARTOTEL has added to our property inventory in Jakarta, especially in South Jakarta. For us, this hotel is one of our important achievements this year because we have earned the trust of P3SRS to manage their hotel with good and sustainable governance. With the trust given to us, we will make Fairview Hotel by ARTOTEL a boutique hotel that promotes a modern lifestyle in line with the business strategy implemented by Artotel Group, to meet the accommodation needs in South Jakarta, both for business travellers and families who want to enjoy a staycation."

Firman Soebagyo stated, "This building has been standing since 2014 as a condotel and apartment that functions as a hotel. Over the years, our property has undergone several changes in hotel operators. Following the formation of PPPSRS in 2023 and the successful resolution of issues with the developer, we now aim for our property to be managed more effectively and sustainably. Therefore, we have partnered with Artotel Group, a company with a strong reputation in managing modern lifestyle-based hotels. We believe this partnership will add value to our property and provide the best experience for our guests."

A special stay promotion is on offer by Fairview Hotel by ARTOTEL, valid until 21 November 2025.
