Eminence Global: Elevating Mountain Retreats with Five-Star Comfort

Ask people about their favourite mountain escapes, and chances are Puncak and Lembang in West Java will come up, where the cool weather and familiar scenery keep bringing people back to their favorite hotels. Growing alongside them is Eminence Hospitality Services (EHS), whose brand, Eminence Global, is driving its 2026 expansion to elevate these retreats.

The journey began with Le Eminence Hotel Convention & Resort Ciloto in Puncak, the brand’s first five-star property, which has been welcoming guests since 2016. Surrounded by lush hills, the resort offers 379 rooms across six categories, three dining outlets, an outdoor pool, a gym, and a massage spa. While strolling the grounds, guests will come across rice paddies, mountain views, and a mini zoo that has long been a favourite with younger visitors. Business gatherings thrive here, too, thanks to advanced Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions (MICE) facilities that can comfortably accommodate up to 1,000 people.

Eminence Global later brought that same five-star standard to Bandung with the 2024 opening of L’Eminence Golf & Resort Lembang. Designed with classic European influences, the resort features 226 rooms in six different layouts, along with several meeting rooms and a ballroom that can host up to 500 guests. Away from these event spaces, there’s plenty for visiting families to explore—from a nine-hole golf course, three dining outlets, a gym, to a range of facilities for children and teenagers, including an outdoor pool and a mini zoo.

With 2026 marking another milestone year, Eminence Global continues to grow within Indonesia’s tourism landscape, unveiling newly added villas at Le Eminence Puncak. Here, guests are welcomed with five-star standards and the genuine care of Indonesian hospitality. Whether for corporate events or leisurely weekends, the group’s portfolio caters to every kind of traveller.
