Art Jakarta Gardens 2023
Following its successful inaugural event in 2022, the art fair event, Art Jakarta Gardens, returns this year at Hutan Kota by Plataran.
Art Jakarta Gardens is an art fair in an open-air setting of Hutan Kota by Plataran, Jakarta. Its inaugural edition in 2022 has been an innovative breakthrough amid the social restriction of the pandemic. Combining the art presentation of outdoor and indoor settings, Art Jakarta Gardens has been a breath of fresh air after a hiatus of art events during the restriction period.
Positive responses from artists, collectors, and other elements of the art ecosystem have encouraged the open-air fair to return this year. Enlivening the art scene at a new start, Art Jakarta Gardens now begins its own journey to become a part to look forward to of the art ecosystem.
Art Jakarta Gardens as an art event seamlessly integrates art in outdoor as well as indoor settings. Artworks are showcased in two site-specific tents built for the fair and throughout a sculpture garden set in a beautiful tropical landscape in the centre of Jakarta.
